If you’re like me, you maybe sometimes feel a little out of balance. You know, like your energy is a little off and you just can’t seem to shake it. Maybe you’ve been feeling this way for a while and have been trying different things to get back to your old self with no success. Well, I think I may have found something that could help, essential oils! Specifically, root chakra essential oils!

Blend 1

Ingredients

  • 4 drops sandalwood
  • 2 drops ginger
  • 2 drops patchouli
  • 2 drops frankincense
  • 10 ml roller bottle (unless you are diffusing)
  • 10 ml coconut oil (unless you are diffusing)

Instructions

  • If you are diffusing, simply drop the essential oils for every 100 ml of water and diffuse during meditation or anytime you want to balance the root chakra!
  • To apply topically, add essential oils to the roller bottle first, followed by the coconut oil. Shake well. Apply to abdomen during meditation. You can also apply to the arches of your feet.

Blend 2

Ingredients

  • 4 drops myrrh
  • 2 drops ginger
  • 2 drops patchouli
  • 2 drops Vetiver
  • 10 ml roller bottle (unless you are diffusing)
  • 10 ml coconut oil (unless you are diffusing)

Instructions

  • If you are diffusing, simply drop the essential oils for every 100 ml of water and diffuse during meditation or anytime you want to balance the root chakra!
  • To apply topically, add essential oils to the roller bottle first, followed by the coconut oil. Shake well. Apply to abdomen during meditation. You can also apply to the arches of your feet.

Blend 3

  • 3 drops cedarwood
  • 2 drops lavender
  • 2 drops sandalwood
